Slow decisions and rework under pressure · Strong talent lost to poor leadership clarity
Our work is designed for companies experiencing communication breakdowns, cross functional friction, weak follow through, or inconsistent leadership habits that are affecting performance. How are we different? We stay with your team for 90 days after training to help the learning become behaviour, keep alignment visible, and support people through the real situations where change is most likely to break down. Rather than delivering generic training, we focus on practical solutions that improve leadership clarity, strengthen manager effectiveness, and support better execution across teams. A signature offering is the Execution Friction Sprint for Managers, a focused intervention designed to help organizations quickly identify leadership and communication gaps, strengthen manager habits, and create a practical roadmap for improved follow through and alignment. Areas of focus: Leadership communication, manager effectiveness, cross cultural leadership, team alignment, organizational change, executive communication, decision making, and leadership clarity.

Leadership misalignment across teams and functions · Leadership integrity and ethical decision gaps
SHARP™ Leadership Academy — Building Leadership People Can Trust SHARP™ Leadership Academy helps organizations strengthen leadership integrity, governance, accountability, and decision-making before small gaps become significant organizational risks. Based in British Columbia, Canada, SHARP™ works with executives, leadership teams, and organizations seeking to build stronger cultures, more accountable leadership, and greater institutional trust. Our work is built around a simple belief: strong governance does not slow growth- it protects it. Rather than treating leadership development and governance as separate disciplines, SHARP™ connects the two. We examine not only what organizations say through policies and values, but how leadership is actually experienced through decisions, behaviours, accountability, and everyday organizational practices. At the centre of our approach is the proprietary SHARP™ Framework - Standards, Honesty, Alignment, Resilience, and Presence - a practical system for strengthening trustworthy leadership and organizational integrity. Core Program Areas Leadership Integrity & Ethical Decision-Making Practical leadership development designed to help leaders navigate difficult decisions, competing priorities, organizational pressure, and ethical complexity while maintaining trust and accountability. Leadership Alignment & Accountability Programs that help leadership teams identify misalignment between strategy, values, behaviours, roles, and decision-making - creating greater clarity, ownership, and organizational consistency. Governance Intelligence Structured governance diagnostics and leadership assessments designed to identify gaps that may not be visible through traditional leadership training alone. SHARP™ examines operational evidence, human signals, and standards alignment to help organizations understand where governance is working and where greater attention may be required. Executive Leadership Development Development experiences for executives and senior leaders focused on resilience, credible presence, decision confidence, accountability, and leading effectively through complexity and change. Grace & Grit Leadership A distinctive SHARP™ leadership approach combining human-centred leadership with the courage to maintain standards under pressure. Grace represents empathy, humility, respect, and humanity. Grit represents courage, resilience, accountability, and the willingness to make difficult decisions. Together, they help leaders remain both human and principled. Responsible AI & Governance Leadership-focused programs helping organizations consider the governance implications of AI adoption, including accountability, human oversight, ethical decision-making, organizational trust, and responsible leadership. The focus is not simply on understanding AI technology, but on ensuring leadership and governance evolve alongside it. Organizational Leadership & Governance Pilots SHARP™ offers structured organizational pilots that allow leadership teams to identify priority governance and leadership gaps, test practical interventions, and develop a focused roadmap for improvement. These engagements can combine governance assessment, leadership development, facilitated executive conversations, and practical recommendations. Executive Assessments & Leadership Clarity Sessions Focused assessments and executive conversations designed to help leaders identify areas affecting leadership effectiveness, alignment, resilience, decision-making, and credible presence. Speaking, Workshops & Executive Conversations SHARP™ also delivers workshops, facilitated leadership conversations, and speaking engagements for leadership teams, executive groups, professional associations, and organizational events. Topics include: • Leadership integrity in high-pressure environments • The hidden integrity gaps behind organizational failure • Governance as a strategic advantage • Grace & Grit leadership • Trust, accountability, and ethical decision-making • Responsible leadership in the age of AI • Building organizations people can trust Who SHARP™ Supports SHARP™ is designed for: • Executives and senior leadership teams • CEOs, founders, and organizational leaders • Boards and governance decision-makers • Risk, compliance, and transformation leaders • Organizations navigating growth or change • Institutions strengthening trust and accountability • Leaders responsible for AI and emerging-technology decisions Our objective is not simply to deliver another leadership course. It is to help organizations identify the gaps between what they intend, what they say, and what people actually experience - and turn those insights into stronger leadership, better governance, and greater institutional trust.

Leadership and management capability gaps · Low productivity and skills shortages
Organisations don't underperform because of strategy. They underperform because of capability gaps — in their people, their teams, and the cultures that shape how work actually gets done. At Acudemy, our work starts from a simple premise: when you invest in the right skills at the right level, performance follows. We are a UK-based professional training organisation established in 2014, with a track record of developing capability across technical, leadership and behavioural disciplines for over 300 organisations across the UK and internationally. We work with businesses and institutions to design and deliver learning that builds real, lasting competence in the people who drive performance day to day. Our work spans payroll and finance, project and change management, digital skills, leadership and management, workplace wellbeing and continuous improvement. These disciplines reflect the breadth of capability that modern organisations need to function well, adapt quickly and sustain strong results. Every programme we deliver is built around practical application, because the measure of learning is what changes when people return to work. We hold accreditations and partnerships with CMI, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Lean Six Sigma, CIPD, IAB, ITIL and Sage, and our programmes are designed to align with the real environments and pressures our clients face. Delivery is flexible — classroom, virtual, on-site or blended — shaped around your organisation rather than a fixed schedule. What we offer Technical and compliance capability — payroll, finance, HR and IT programmes that build precision, confidence and regulatory literacy across your teams. Leadership and management development — practical programmes that strengthen how your managers lead, make decisions and create conditions for performance. Digital and analytical skills — Excel, Power BI, AI literacy and broader digital capability built for the modern professional environment. Behavioural and organisational development — DEI, mental health awareness, resilience and soft skills that strengthen culture, communication and team performance. Why organisations work with Acudemy Our clients include Barclays, BT, British American Tobacco, DFDS, FlixBus, Thames Water and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), among many others across the public, private and third sectors. Our trainers bring direct industry experience alongside instructional expertise, and our programmes are consistently rated for the quality of facilitation and the practicality of what delegates take away. We understand that a training investment only has value if it changes how people perform. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement — and why the organisations we work with continue to come back. Our mission is to help organisations build the skilled, capable and confident people they need to perform and grow. Our vision is to be the development partner that organisations return to, programme after programme and year after year.

Luka Karsten Breitig — Trainer Profile Software Engineer & AI Coding Trainer Warsaw, Poland | hi@lukabreitig.com | lukabreitig.com --- Luka Breitig is a software engineer and trainer specialising in AI-assisted development, vibe coding, and developer productivity. His workshops help developers and teams move from treating AI as a fancy autocomplete to using it as a genuine coding partner — one that meaningfully accelerates delivery from day one. What sets Luka apart as a trainer is his background. He came to software engineering not through a traditional computer science path, but through psychology (B.Sc., Osnabrück) and management (M.A., Zeppelin University, four scholarships including one from Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft). He spent years working alongside engineering teams before learning to code himself — first to stop handing off specs and start shipping, then to understand modern tooling at the level required to teach it seriously. That non-traditional trajectory shapes his teaching style. Luka bridges technical and non-technical audiences with unusual ease. He can explain MCP integrations to a seasoned engineer in the morning and run the same session in plain language for a marketing team in the afternoon. His sessions are code-driven and hands-on — no dry slides, real-world scenarios, and live demonstrations throughout. Participants leave with practical workflows they can apply on the same day. Training topics include: - AI-Assisted Coding with Claude Code: Agentic workflows, MCP integrations, AI-assisted code review, and navigating unfamiliar codebases. Focused on Claude Code as a primary development environment. - Vibe Coding & AI-First Development: Rapid prototyping from natural language, iterating with AI in the loop, and building functional applications without a traditional engineering process. - Cursor & AI Code Editors: A comparative overview of Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot — how they differ, when to use each, and how to integrate them effectively into a daily workflow. - Prompt Engineering: Prompt structure, common failure modes, and practical techniques for code generation, analysis, and content tasks — relevant to both technical and non-technical roles. - Business Process Automation: Building automated workflows with n8n, Make, and Zapier, connecting internal tools, and reducing manual steps through visual automation. Luka trains in German (native) and English (fluent), and delivers workshops online, in person, and in hybrid formats — as well as custom team sessions, conference talks, and implementation consultancy. His training experience spans several contexts. He was commissioned by Bots & People, a corporate AI training agency, to deliver hands-on workshops on AI-assisted development for developer teams. He designed a three-month curriculum on agentic AI for Code First Girls, covering AI coding tools, automation, and real-world application. As co-founder and CTO of The Happy Beavers, he ran weekly AI training sessions over several months with his own eleven-person team. He has also spoken publicly on AI tools and agentic development, including at Nomad Summit in Chiang Mai in 2025. Alongside his training work, Luka builds and ships his own products — including an open-source scheduling platform (Tymeslot), an AI translation engine (Transvexis), and an AI research tool for YouTube content (In A Nutshell). He consults for startups and SMEs as an AI solutions developer, taking projects from scoping through to deployment and handover. Available for workshops, conference talks, and team training engagements. lukabreitig.com
The mission of CapirAI Studio is to design and deliver training that helps people use technology in their work. Most of what I do now is AI literacy, including foundation sessions for whole teams, role-specific workshops for functions like HR, marketing and operations, and programmes built to meet the AI literacy obligation under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, including the records and assessments needed to show the training was done. I have around eight years of experience across enterprise software implementation, learning and development, AI adoption, including deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot and building internal knowledge assistants. I also run practical software training tailored around specific contexts like a new platform that is going live, a rollout that has stalled, or teams that have the licences or the tools but they are not using them. I am currently doing an MA in AI for Digital Transformation at the University of Southampton. I work in English and Italian, and I deliver in person in London, on site elsewhere, and online. I build sessions around the work people are already doing, using their own documents and tasks wherever I can.
