Here's the part I find most interesting after years of using this with clients: which of the five you find hardest usually isn't random. It tends to track with how you're naturally wired. 

I've spent a lot of time in training rooms over the years, particularly during my career in asset management across Europe and the US, and one thing has become very clear to me: people simply don't all learn in the same way. It sounds obvious when you say it, but I still think it's something we can easily forget when designing and delivering professional training.
