As an early adopter and enthusiast of generative AI technologies, I recognised the immense potential these tools hold for transforming the way we work and achieve our goals. With a strong background in psychology including a Master of Professional Psychology, and a PhD, I have a deep understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and motivation. This knowledge allows me to approach AI-driven productivity and training solutions from a human-centric perspective, ensuring that the tools and strategies we provide are not only effective but also aligned with the needs and preferences of the individuals using them.
