Mark Davis is a Commercial Negotiation Strategist, Elite Leadership Coach, and sought-after Keynote Speaker & Moderator with nearly two decades of experience. He is the Founder & CEO of The Negotiation Initiative, a trusted advisor in high-stakes commercial environments supporting brands such as Coca Cola, L’Oreal, Mars, Microsoft, UNICEF & Walmart. Mark is a Moderator for the Council of Europe, Europe's oldest intergovernmental organisation, representing 46 member states; it is the continent’s leading human rights organisation. He is a Core Mentor with The Premier League, and serves as a Negotiation Expert for Inrehearsal’s Video Boxset Series. In addition, he is a Certified Cultural Intelligence advocate specialising in workforce transformation and diversity. His work equips leaders to navigate complexity, drive performance, and create lasting impact at the highest levels of business, sport, and international affairs.
