I’m Raúl T. Pereyra, but you can call me RTP. I’m here to help you lead with purpose and create meaningful change. As the son of Mexican immigrants growing up in East LA, I learned the value of resilience and purpose the hard way. Growing up in an alcoholic home and not graduating high school were tough challenges. But they also shaped me and taught me how to rise above obstacles. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with nonprofits and socially conscious organizations to support purpose-driven leaders like you. Because making a difference matters to both of us.
