About
Rupert is a learning and leadership development expert. He established the R3 Leaders consultancy and network in 2015. Previously, he worked for General Electric as Leadership Development Leader EMEA, for BP, as Group Leadership Development Director, and for Deloitte as Head of Leadership Experiences for the UK. His focus is helping others to lead a happy, successful, and fulfilled life. He is practical, pragmatic, and holds leaders to account. Rupert has worked with a range of clients, including Google, PayPal, Coca-Cola, Schlumberger, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, ING, General Electric (GE), BP, Deutsche Bank, London Metropolitan Police Service, Baker Hughes, Rolls Royce, Takeda International and AMCOR. He works with first line leaders up to the executive team. Rupert has delivered leadership development workshops in approximately 40 countries and worked with more than 55 intact teams. Rupert specialises in helping leaders and their teams to improve, often focussed on creating psychological safety, building innovation capability, and leading change. He works primarily using the real-life challenge of the team or simulation-based workshops. He provides consultancy on projects related to Organisational Development, Change Leadership, Performance Management, Organisational Engagement and Psychological Safety for companies around the world.
