R3 Leaders...

What does R3 stand for?

Helping leaders be resilient, resonate with others and deliver results. That was the idea, but it has morphed into...

What are we great at?

We do a brilliant job of 6 things:

1) building change capability in leaders.

2) measuring and enabling inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces

3) build people leadership skills

4) taking real teams from good to great

5) building innovation skills

6) building confidence and skill in AI usage

Our focus?

Our focus is on the real challenges that your people are trying to overcome.

We are helping them to solve real problems, take real opportunities, make better decisions in real life, communicate better with real people. So, we don't get lost in theory and we constantly bring them back to application.

We are dealing with real, adult, human beings, after all.

Developing People Leaders at an Energy Technology Company

Challenge:

Hey Rupert, can you help us improve our People Leaders in this site in Bristol?

Solution:

We created a great journey, of challenging experiences, a 3 day workshop and performance support. We managed the first cohort in Bristol, UK and have since run 'journeys' for teams in India, Germany, the US, Scotland,, France and Italy. Great tools to use, lots of practice and based on real leader challenges!

Results:

97% NPS. It got a rating of 'super' for 'how useful?' and 'how applicable?'

Change Leadership: 99% NPS

Challenge:

This massive client has been hugely successful since it started. Then it hit a wall. Their leaders needed to learn to handle change and lead change.

Solution:

We worked with them to provide a place to practice. Using a high quality simulation, and applying learning to real life challenges. We helped their leader cohort be more confident and more capable of leading change.

Results:

99% NPS from the learners. They originally asked for 1 session. We eventually ran 10 development journeys for over 300 leaders in total.
