Mia has a passion not only for the training but mainly, making a difference to everyone attending her courses. She naturally curious and isn't afraid to ask thought provoking questions, looking at interpersonal issues from all angles. She beliefs that we can only build better relationships if we try to understand different points of view. Even if we don't necessarily agree with them. Mia is a great listener, which helps her navigate and adapt each session to suit needs of all her delegates. She's always looking for new ways to improve her knowledge and therefore, the training sessions. What's most important, Mia enjoys all aspects of training. From preparing the materials to running training sessions and following up, helping delegates embed their learning.
