Established in 2000, designing and delivering ED&I, HR and Leadership and Management training and consultancy to public and private sector clients. A suite of highly interactive and engaging training is available which provides the knowledge and skills needed at different stages of employment, from team member, manager or senior leader. We design and deliver both core programmes, as well as bespoke interventions - including e learning and forum theatre facilitation. Courses cover both the staff and stakeholder journey, ensuring that staff have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to perform their roles with confidence, and have insight into the different needs of customer groups - enabling services to be better targeted and new market opportunities identified.
