He holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy, Ireland, and has over 18 years of experience. Raynor has designed innovative training programs such as “Stress That Motivates” and “Steps to Success for Teens.” He resides in Durban, South Africa, with his wife Kelsey and their two daughters, Brooklyn and Zara.
