He has trained middle managers and senior corporate executives in over 17 African countries, specializing in high-performance leadership, team engagement, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching. Formerly in banking for nearly 13 years, Patrick excelled in operations, trade finance, and customer service before dedicating himself fully to training and coaching. He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Impact) from the University of Milan and an MBA in Finance from Central University, Ghana. Patrick is a Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Erickson Coaching International, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the ICF. Married to Freda, they have a daughter.
