Penny Reid

Managing Partner of ITDA/Training Associates - founded 1989.

Following a 20 year career in senior management for the Royal Mail, as Head of Finance and then then Head of Personnel & Industrial Relations, Penny had gained a clear understanding of the importance of behaviour within both a large, complex organisation and the individuals and teams within it. She founded ITDA to help other organisations and businesses support their teams, and soon found DiSC Assessments to be the perfect vehicle to champion her professional beliefs. With over 35 years’ experience, Penny is a certified trainer and authorised partner of Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors.
