Jett Leonard is a trainer, researcher and course designer with a strong focus on workplace communication, AI literacy, Generation Z, mental health awareness and modern management. He has experience delivering talks in schools and colleges on mental health, drawing on lived experience to support awareness and engagement among young people. He also advises Off The Record South on youth engagement, helping the charity better connect with younger audiences. Before moving into training and research, Jett created research-led online content for audiences of over 1,000,000 viewers, simplifying complex topics into clear, engaging and accessible formats. He also worked in the People Insights team at BBC Studios, where he analysed confidential staff survey data and helped translate workforce feedback into clear insight for the wider business. Jett’s training style combines research, storytelling, practical examples and open discussion. He is particularly interested in helping employees and managers think more clearly about the modern workplace, including how to use AI responsibly, how to engage younger employees, and how to have more confident conversations around wellbeing, communication and performance. His current courses include AI & U, a practical AI literacy course helping employees use AI confidently, critically and responsibly, and Unlocking Generation Z, a management course designed to help managers understand, engage, develop and retain Gen Z talent. Jett brings strong communication, public speaking, research, problem-solving and presentation design skills to his work. His approach is practical, human and grounded in helping delegates leave with tools they can actually use.
