I am Julie Stock, founder of Eremus Ltd a purpose led consultancy specialising in learning and development, coaching, and mentoring. My work focuses on helping people grow so that organisations can thrive, with a particular emphasis on supporting neurodiversity in the workplace.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development and a strong background in leadership and management, I design and deliver programmes that build confidence, strengthen capability, and create inclusive cultures. My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted both in lived experience of disability and neurodivergence and in the realities of how organisations can remove barriers and create workplaces where people feel able to do their best work.
