The Distance Learning Centre Limited (DLC) is a state-owned institution under the Ministry of Public Administration, providing distance learning since 2002. Initially a World Bank Project, DLC serves both public and private sectors, focusing on capacity building, workshops, professional courses, and micro-credentials.
