I'm an experienced corporate trainer and learning consultant. I facilitate on a range of programme levels: entry level, through Hi Potential, Management and Leadership. I have worked with group sizes from 1 to 250, and am equally happy opening the graduate programme for a Global Bank as I am coaching a Chief Executive in a 1-2-1 setting. In terms of Personal Effectiveness I have delivered a full range of team working, communication, presentation, influencing / relationship management skills programmes. I am best known for working as a Negotiation Skills Trainer. In 2024, I trained delegates in every continent, and at all levels.
