Black On Board Ltd

Black on Board is an initiative by Olmec, an award-winning social enterprise, focusing on addressing the underrepresentation of Black and Minoritised Communities (BMC) at senior and board levels. The training is designed to demystify the idea of becoming a board member, offering courses on leadership, strategic planning, risk management, financial duties, and more. Since 2018, Black on Board has successfully trained 200 individuals, with 150 securing board positions or promotions. The program emphasizes race equality through economic and social justice and prides itself on its diverse team and board. Courses are available online and customizable to suit organizational needs.
