A Wellness Revolution (AWR) is an International Health & Wellness Coach training institute dedicated to transforming lives through a holistic, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.

Our 6-month Health & Wellness Coach Certification Programme combines evidence-informed knowledge, practical coaching skills, and a deeper understanding of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Our training is certified through the ICF (International Coach Federation) and the NBHWC ( National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches).
