About Founder of Audacity, a neuroinclusion consultancy, I’m on a mission to champion the brilliance and quirks of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. As someone with ADHD, I’ve experienced the highs, the lows, and the unpredictable in-betweens of life with a neurodivergent brain. With a background in talent acquisition, I’ve witnessed just how much magic happens when you embrace different ways of thinking. Audacity was born from my passion to help businesses not only understand but truly celebrate neurodiversity. It’s all about creating workspaces where those of us who think outside the box can thrive – and where everyone benefits as a result. I’m constantly learning (and unlearning!) about neurodivergent experiences and the science behind it, all with the goal of making workplaces more inclusive, dynamic, and, frankly, more human.
