Many of us interact with customers on a daily basis, yet we don’t feel confident talking and selling to them. Anyone in a customer-facing role needs a range of selling and communication skills in order to build client relationships and do their job to the best of their ability. Equipping your team with skills in key account management, networking and presentation, customer service, and leadership and management is essential for business growth and your bottom line. I deliver in-house sales training to small and large teams, both online and face to face. While I love to work with field and internal sales teams in large multi-site, multi-contact organisations, I also enjoy supporting individuals and business owners through my accessible, public training courses.
