Sean Glaze helps organizations build stronger teams and more effective leaders through facilitated team building programs, leadership development workshops, and DISC-based communication training that change how people work together long after the session ends.
For over 15 years I have worked with thousands of team leaders to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability at organizations including John Deere, the CDC, Coca-Cola, Emory University, Cisco, PMI, Southern Company, CBRE, Equifax, Subway, and PEI.
Most teams I work with are strong individually but struggle to perform as a unit. Meetings run long, communication breaks down across roles, accountability slips, and good people pull in different directions. My programs are built to fix that. Every session is designed around one standard: if nothing changes for participants on Monday morning, it did not work.
I focus on four areas that shape whether a team culture holds together:
-Developing more effective leaders. Practical leadership skills that managers can apply immediately, drawn from my book What Effective Leaders Do.
-Improving team communication and collaboration. Experiential team building that surfaces how people actually work together, then builds the trust and clarity that better performance depends on.
-Building accountability and coachability. Helping team members give and receive feedback, stay open to growth, and hold each other to shared standards.
-Creating a culture of rapid teamwork. Getting new and existing teams aligned faster around goals, roles, and expectations.
Programs are tailored to your group and available as half-day and full-day facilitated team building events, leadership development workshops, DISC personality style assessments and applications, and one-on-one leadership coaching. I also deliver interactive workplace culture keynotes for conferences and larger staff development events, so I can lead both a main-stage session and hands-on team training on the same day.
Participants leave with tools they can use right away for better communication, stronger accountability, and more productive working relationships. As a former coach and educator, I use real stories and structured group activities to create awareness that sticks and behavior that changes.
