Henrique Moura is a project management and agile professional with experience as project manager, trainer, consultant, coach and author. He has managed projects for 18 years across multiple industries. He has acted as both supplier and customer project manager in complex international projects with large teams and multiple vendors. He has been particularly focused on IT projects and PMO implementations, but he also has experience in process re-engineering and product development. Henrique is the author of the books "Scrum Handbook", "PMP Exam Complete Guide" published in 2021, "McGraw-Hill Education PMP® Project Management Professional Exam"​, published in 2014, , "EXAME PMP - GUIA COMPLETO" published in 2021, and "PMP® Sem Segredos"​, published in 2013. He has an extensive worldwide experience as a project management trainer and consultant, delivering training sessions, conducting workshops, coaching, conducting project health checks and implementing PMO's. His experience crosses industries such as oil & gas, defense, construction, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, government, media, telco, utilities, nuclear, consumer goods and healthcare. He also acts or acted as a lecturer for several institutions, including Católica-School of Business and Economics, ISEG, Nova School of Business and Economics, FCT, Caledonian College of Engineering (Oman), Universidad por la Cooperación Internacional Costa Rica, UAL, ISLA, Military Academy, INA and ISEP. He was a speaker at several international congresses, including PMI AGC conference held in Bahrain in 2015, PMI EMEA congress held in Marseille in 2012 and PMI Portugal congresses held in Lisbon in 2011 and 2012. He has worked for PMI as an evaluator for the 2011 Project Management Literature Award - PMI David I. Cleland. He was also a member of the volunteer team developing the PMBOK 5th, 6th, and 7th editions and the Standard for Program Management 2nd and 4th Editions. He was also a member of the Global Review Group of the PRINCE2 standard - Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 7th edition. Henrique is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Earned Value Professional (EVP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II and PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), Prince2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation.
