Chief Creator of Well-Beings | Programme Designer & Lead Trainer | Founder of Wellness for Life Ltd Mindy’s passion for empowering others and her ability to connect with people of all ages began in Hong Kong in 1997, where she started her career as a Children’s Television Presenter and Radio Journalist. As the Chief Creator of Well-Beings at Wellness for Life Ltd, Mindy designs all training programmes and personally trains each facilitator to ensure consistency, depth, quality and measurable impact. She also leads the delivery of leadership, well-being, and coaching programmes across the UK and globally. Known for her dynamism and warmth, Mindy’s work is grounded in the belief that true well-being comes from integrating the mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of life. Her teaching blends insight, empathy, and lived experience — helping others find clarity, resilience, and purpose in an ever-changing world.

Resilience and Wellness Retreat

Mindy and her team gifted us with a thoroughly engaging afternoon. The brief was to give our team some tools and experiences to develop their resilience, knowing that our work is often intensely demanding and high pressured. Mindy, Jude and Julie delivered in spades. Their preparation and thoughtfulness in the planning of the afternoon was evident in the quality of the experiences they provided. There was a great balance between classroom and experiential learning of resilience skill- building and each team member received a fantastic "tool kit" to keep the memory of the lessons fresh.
