Nick Ekendahl FCIPD is an executive coach, organisational development consultant and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 25 years' international leadership experience helping organisations improve performance through better leadership, stronger cultures and strategic people development. Having held senior HR leadership roles across the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, Nick has worked with organisations ranging from growing SMEs to international businesses experiencing rapid transformation and change. His approach combines executive coaching, organisational design, leadership development and evidence-based Human Synergistics diagnostics to help organisations identify the factors limiting performance before designing practical, commercially focused solutions.
