Surojit Chakraverti is a finance practitioner and trainer with experience across investment banking, public-markets investing and corporate finance. He previously worked at Citi and Rothschild and now delivers training from graduate and analyst level through to experienced deal teams, senior professionals and executive audiences.

His areas of expertise include financial modelling, valuation, M&A, LBOs, private equity, carve-outs, spin-offs and complex transaction analysis, alongside capital markets, credit analysis, leveraged finance and investment analysis. Surojit also delivers training in decision-making and problem-solving, helping professionals structure complex commercial and financial decisions, evaluate alternatives and communicate recommendations effectively.
