We work two ways: private bootcamps on-site in your office, and 4-week transformation programmes live on Zoom.
Teams learn to build agents on their own data, connect securely to their tools, run recurring work on their own and roll out across a team. Graduates report a median of 5 hours saved per person per week.
Taught live: eight live sessions including Demo Day, small-group building, 1:1 help from AI experts, office hours and a certificate. Groups up to 100. Teaching centres on Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code, plus ChatGPT and Codex.
James co-founded Encore Musicians (acquired by Mixcloud) and was Creator Growth Lead at ElevenLabs.
Trained 500+ people from 100+ companies, incl. Bloom & Wild, Healf, VC funds and the British government.
