Visit WebsiteS-iBA Vision is a Swiss-based company with 20+ years experience specializing in innovative, VR enhanced learning and skill building solutions, particularly for sales, leadership, and management training. We help clients to design and roll-out time effective and high impact skill-building programs by combining immersive VR/AI based and autonomous knowledge acquisition with face to face practice bootcamps to increase engagement and measurable Return on Learning (ROL).
Methodology
Traditional training is no longer enough because "knowing how" is useless if it is not transferred in "showing how". Therefore, organizations need learning that is engaging, scalable, and truly transformative. At S-iBA we have redefined the traditional learning process into two key phases. 1st: acquire and transfer the KNOW-HOW: this is done by our proprietary VR/AI app VIRTRACON™ who enables highly interactive self-paced learning independent of time, location and other people. 2nd: practice and anchor the SHOW-HOW: during online and face-to-face bootcamps we train intensively the learned concepts and tools with customized scenarios and provide feedback and help to transfer the acquired skills to the daily work. The result: measurable results and your employees don’t just learn - they experience.
Learning and Development
S-iBA has 20+ years experience in designing and delivering multilingual training worldwide. Based on our proprietary learning content and IP we co-design programs with our clients to support corporate learning initiatives, delivered through onsite and offsite training as well as workshops. Leadership topics include how to announce and lead change, empower individuals and teams, situational leadership styles, handle dysfunctional behavior, manage tensions and conflicts, communicate decisions and build trust, balanced leadership, develop your talents.
