As a seasoned coach, trainer/facilitator and the founder of sales training and coaching consultancy Milestone Coaching, I have over 14 years’ sales experience in the public and private sectors. Leveraging my extensive experience, I specialise in sales optimisation coaching and training. I am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, fully invested in stimulating, facilitating and motivating individual, partnership and team growth, development and performance. My vision is to ignite potential in individuals and teams by guiding and equipping them to make meaningful and sustainable personal change and enabling them to sell more professionally and effectively. Passionate about people, I encourage them to think differently about themselves and their environment and to seek opportunities to contribute to something beyond themselves in order to live their purpose.
