The Nepal Secretariat of Skills and Training (NSST) is a Nepalese-German skills training initiative aimed at providing high-quality vocational training for young Nepalese, enhancing career opportunities and supporting economic growth. Utilizing the 'Triple Win' approach, NSST creates systematic training partnerships between German and Nepalese institutions, enabling apprenticeships and professional exchanges. Specializing in dual Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), NSST contributes towards achieving SDG 8 by fostering an ecosystem for skill development that benefits the youth, Nepalese companies, and German businesses.
