ITECS AI

ITECS AI is the AI division of ITECS (Itecs Outsourcing, LLC), a Dallas managed IT and cybersecurity firm that has served businesses since 2002. ITECS AI helps growth-stage and mid-market organizations adopt AI securely: training teams to use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini on their real work, and putting the governance in place to keep that use safe.

Training is hands-on and role-based, for sales, support, HR, finance, operations and leadership teams, and needs no technical background. Programs include Microsoft Copilot Training, Claude Cowork Training, ChatGPT Codex Training for engineering teams, Guided Build Sessions where a team builds a working AI agent on one of its own workflows, a half-day Executive Briefing on use cases and AI governance, and a 4–6 week AI Champion Program that trains an internal AI lead.

Alongside training, ITECS AI offers AI readiness assessments, AI consulting and strategy, written AI usage policies, custom AI agents and workflow automation.
