Nicky specialises in financial and commercial awareness programmes and also on the development and delivery of corporate skills training and management development programmes. Nicky’s style is warm, facilitative and fun. Workshops are designed to be focussed and practical, stimulating and clear and the use of a coaching style promotes individual development. Nicky is experienced in the use of psychometric tools, including MBTI, DiSC and Strengthscope, and frequently applies these in the design and facilitation of team and individual coaching sessions. Outside of work, Nicky loves to read and to run – though not at the same time!
