With over 30 years of management experience at the executive and board level (CFO/CHRO) in Germany and abroad, I support people and organizations through change, development, and growth. I have also been working as an executive coach for more than 15 years, supporting executives – from junior managers to board members – in their personal and career development. As a sparring partner, I accompany transformation and restructuring processes as well as individual professional challenges on an equal footing and with foresight. My focus areas: Executive development, change processes, organizational development, sales training, seminars in the areas of resilience, stress management, mental health, and healthy leadership.
