My background: As a trainer, I have been training in all industries, including financial services, sine 2002. As a coach: I am an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach, with nine years of coaching experience (six years of which is post-accreditation). My training and coaching is underpinned by 30 years of corporate and self-employment experience in FMCG manufacturing (Unilever), financial services, and professional services, in EMEA and USA.

I provide input, followed by exercises and discussion, for participants to connect the input with their own reality.
