After completing his PhD and embarking on a successful 10 year career in recruitment, Shaun pursued his passion for learning and qualified as an executive coach. He is the owner of Crisp Professional Development. As an ILM Level 7 and EMCC Senior Practitioner, Insights Discovery Practitioner and executive coach, Shaun keeps a keen eye on the latest research and approaches to learning and development and undertakes regular supervision. An enthusiast for positive psychology, embodiment techniques and using motivational energy, Shaun specialises in creating and delivering bespoke leadership programmes and coaching interventions that develop strengths and enhance self-awareness to bring about lasting behavioural change. Shaun works with individuals and senior teams. His delegates enjoy the energy and enthusiasm he brings to the room, that motivates, challenges and supports transformational learning. His one-to-one approach is non-directive and insights driven – he flexes his approach to get the best from his coachees – for some this may entail a walk along a beach. Outside of work he is a triathlete, open water swimmer, paddleboarder and martial artist.
