I am a passionate Learning & Development professional with extensive experience designing and delivering high-impact training that drives performance, inclusion, and growth. My work spans apprenticeships, leadership development, and organisational change programmes, always with a focus on practical learning that creates real outcomes.

My approach is coaching-led and people-first: I help individuals and teams navigate change, unlock potential, and improve performance in a way that feels supportive, inclusive, and sustainable. I have delivered across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare consultancy, defence, and the non-profit space — bringing adaptability and fresh perspective to every project.

Holding a CIPD Level 5 in People Management and a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, I combine strategic, evidence-based insight with hands-on facilitation skills. My expertise includes:

My standard day rate is £895–£1,100, depending on format and tailoring. I also offer shorter, more cost-effective sessions to give flexibility for different needs, such as:

- Lunch & Learns (60–75 mins) from £195

- 2-Hour Workshops from £395

- Half-Day Workshops from £595

This means you can book anything from a focused short session to a full-day programme, depending on your goals and budget.
