Holding a CIPD Level 5 in People Management and a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, I combine strategic, evidence-based insight with hands-on facilitation skills. My standard day rate is £895–£1,100, depending on format and tailoring. I also offer shorter, more cost-effective sessions to give flexibility for different needs, such as: - Lunch & Learns (60–75 mins) from £195 - 2-Hour Workshops from £395 - Half-Day Workshops from £595 This means you can book anything from a focused short session to a full-day programme, depending on your goals and budget.
