About this trainer

Antifragile Quotient, formerly Lucidly Inc., specializes in leadership development and consultative coaching focused on the principles of antifragility. The company offers assessments and coaching to individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations aiming to transform vulnerabilities into assets. They use proprietary AQ Assessments and techniques inspired by Nassim Taleb's antifragility concept. The company's unique selling point lies in helping clients navigate challenges through specialized coaching, fostering environments that leverage adverse conditions to create growth opportunities. They aim to build a community of leaders who break free from mere resilience to embrace antifragility.
