I’m a communication and leadership trainer with more than 20 years of experience designing and facilitating programs that help people think, communicate, and work together more effectively. My work focuses on the moments where communication matters most: presenting complex ideas, influencing decisions, handling resistance, leading difficult conversations, solving problems as a team, and communicating with confidence under pressure. I’ve worked with professionals in legal, healthcare, technology, education, and other complex environments where subject-matter expertise alone is not enough. My training is highly interactive. Rather than relying on personality tests or lecture-heavy content, I use exercises that let participants recognize their communication and decision-making patterns in real time, practice new approaches, and leave with practical tools they can use immediately. My background in theatre, storytelling, curriculum design, and facilitation also shapes how I work. I pay close attention not only to what people say, but to how messages are delivered, received, interpreted, and acted upon. Through Leading Intelligence Solutions, I provide workshops, team training, presentation and executive communication coaching, and customized programs built around the specific challenges an organization is trying to solve.
