I deliver AI literacy and software adoption training for teams who need to use a certain technology. My background is in enterprise software implementation, learning and development, and AI adoption, including Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments and building internal knowledge assistants. I run foundation sessions, role-specific workshops for functions like HR, marketing and operations, programmes built around the AI literacy obligation in Article 4 of the EU AI Act. I work in English and Italian, in person in London, on site elsewhere, and online.
