His work has led to massive scalability, enabling hundreds of thousands of remote employees to gain critical skills while saving clients hundreds of millions of dollars annually through reduced downtime and service calls. Ryan’s career includes designing the Vive Reality System, a groundbreaking spatial human interface that empowers brands to adopt and tailor XR technologies to meet their unique needs. He’s also the creator of the HERO ideology, a human-centered design framework that transforms how teams engage with emerging technologies.
