We had Bob deliver in-person sales and negotiation workshops for software agencies in Cluj, Romania that either want to develop their client base in the UK or struggle to close deals. His insights on cross cultural sales were incredibly useful as was the practical examples. The teams also appreciated his teaching style that kept the trainings interactive. Each time I need to recommend someone who can help develop negotiating skills in cross-cultural sales, it is always Bob Spence who comes as a first choice. I took part in a couple of his workshops, and I am sure that his knowledge in this area is exceptional. There are several Polish entrepreneurs who, like me were impressed by Bob’s insightful and reliable approach to internationals sales. It changed my way of thinking about it in many regards. If you are serious about business development in the UK, as a foreign company, Bob’s training is a must-have.

I've known Bob Spence from various events around Hull and Yorkshire, where he’s always been an insightful speaker. Recently, I sought his advice on transitioning my company (Breedera Ltd) from a purely B2C model to exploring B2B partnerships. However, I lacked the relevant B2B experience.
