I am an accountant who keeps moving further from numbers towards people, a facilitator with a technical background. I am searching for clients that want to make a difference in their organizations and are willing to collaborate. It is going to take some courage, and you are up for the challenge! My mind-blowing organizational skills and ability to keep straight large amounts of data speak to my accounting background. Being able to cut through the information and ask the right questions, so that my clients get the right answers, speaks to my facilitation expertise. Facilitating Results is where I help organizations work towards their goals in a manner that fits their corporate culture in ways that they can sustain. My greatest reward is when my clients can carry on the work we started; although, I am always here to help.
